I thought private beta test would mean "our service is not quite ok. Please, help us to improve it, we know it takes time but we know you're willing to help. Thanks in advance."

Does it mean their payment service is not really ok yet? Is it this part that is still in private beta?

Call a spade a spade and a coupon for a discount a coupon for a discount.

Oh and by the way, if someone at Pixoo reads this, learn from your service: don't be fooled by appearances ;-)
