It's harder to be French on LeWeb than Jew on Christmas!
Update: 5 pm Here is a post from Loïc Le Meur that will now help to focus on the bright side. Thanks.

First of all, my apologise for not having posted a line or a picture during LeWeb. Due to bizarre connexions I had to quickly focus on emails and work-answers when I got a chance to be connected, rather than to try to post anything here.
Secondly, my apologise to friends abroad and specially to Orli to whom I recommended to come in LeWeb Paris because "it's a great place to meet peers in a warm atmosphere". Some of my friends came for the first time in Paris, France for LeWeb Paris, France. The last one also, I guess.
Thirdly, my apologise to friends I missed yesterday because I was unable to wait in line for 30 mn in a cold street of Paris to enter the TechCrunch Party.
I would like to say "No, you're wrong, Paris is not in a state of war. No food enough to feed everyone, no plate, freezing cold and queuing in the street is not our usual way of life, nor our usual way to receive friends". But sometimes, it's just time to apologise. I'm really sorry.
Some people will object that it's not really important, even more, that was not so awful. I agree. But what remains is the feeling and the feed back I've received. Compliant or not the whole reality, it is what remains.
At this time, it's hard to see the bright side of LeWeb. I guess when the fever will be down, I would be able to see the good in those two days. I will have to. There were positive things. There must be.
But at this time I have to go to bed and cure my flu. Once again my beloved friends, I'm really sorry for this mess.
