De la musique avant toute chose... -- Paul Verlaine
Over the weeks, Blip has become one of my favorite services. Easy,
convenient and fast. I just like all the Blip features.
From the essential ones to the details. For example, in one click send props to someone just to say Great Choice or simply Hello.
Until now, I could listen to music, discovering from others and
share mine in twitter or paste the link of a Blip
elsewhere.
Now I can export my Blip in a player. Here, for example.
As usually that's that easy: just click on "embed Blip.fm" on your "Blip is better with Pals" choose the number of Blips, copy paste and voila! Thanks Blip.
Note: The problem when such a service goes ahead of my desires is that I always want more! Now I would like
to be able to choose for each Blip whether or not I want to send it to
twitter. Because sometimes, such is life, I don't want! :-) Or better: I would like to choose where to send it!
Right, that's a pretty new player, an exclusive content and an amazing voice!
Note: If you have never heard about SoundCloud yet that's for two reasons.
First, which is a real mistake, because you don't read Orli thanks to whom I've discovered Ivri Lider. Second, because it is still in a closed beta version*.
That's might be the reason why you can find amazing new and high quality content.
Yes, SoundCloud is a musical plateform for musicians, producers and labels. Well, for listeners as well ;-) It lets you share music with friends and other producers, privately ou publicly, and get feedback from them. You can listen to Ivri Lider selection here. If you already are a Soundclouder, you can find me there.
You even can find SoundCloud on Get Satisfaction. DefiniteIy, I can get satisfaction ;-)
*3 invits. Just DM on twitter. First come with a real interest in musical fields, first served!
Hallelujah is a song written by Leonard Cohen, first recorded on his 1984 album Various Positions. Jeff Buckley's version is the most perfect song ever. That's it!
"I’m an Art Tatum–ite. If you speak of pianists, the most complete pianist that we have known and possibly will know, from what I’ve heard to date, is Art Tatum." Oscar Peterson
Herbie Hancock, River : The Joni letters. More than a loop song this is a loop album.
I urge you to listen to all of them:
1 - Court and Spark (Featuring Norah Jones) 2 - Edith And The Kingpin (Featuring Tina Turner) 3 - Both Sides Now 4 - River (Featuring Corinne Bailey Rae) 5 - Sweet Bird 6 - The Tea Leaf Prophecy (Featuring Joni Mitchell) 7 - Solitude 8 - All I Want (Featuring Feist) 9 - Nefertiti 10 - Amelia (Featuring Luciana Souza) 11 - A Case of You 12 - The Jungle Line (Featuring Leonard Cohen)
